Tennessee leaders discuss research linking student mental health and educational outcomes

The State Collaborative on Reforming Education (SCORE) and NashvilleHealth co-hosted an event at the state capital on Wednesday addressing the common concern of mental health and its ties to students’ educational outcomes. Wednesday’s symposium held at Lipscomb University provided a platform for stakeholders to share innovative programs, best practices and student-lived experiences. More than 200 community, education and mental health leaders attended.
