The Third Annual Black Tennessee Voices Storytellers Live showcased the stories of educators and students overcoming adversity, finding their purpose, and navigating complicated journeys as high-achieving people of color who often felt alone as they followed their paths. Including, Dr. Diarese George, founder and CEO of the Tennessee Educators of Color Alliance (TECA), an organization that envisions a future where the diversity of Tennessee educators reflects the diversity of students across the state.
