“Roads to Reading” is a program that provides families of Guatemalan heritage in Hamilton County with reading materials. Chattanooga 2.0 is an organization that works towards an inclusive economy in Hamilton county. “We think the best way to do that is making sure that children, students and families are equipped with the resources and support they need from birth to career,” said Brandon Huard-Heitz, Chattanooga 2.0 Director of Literacy and Student Strategy.
