Vote Together Day is a special day of action for CALEB and its organizational partners. Local primaries are an opportunity for voters to directly influence the selection of leaders for future general elections. However, turnout numbers are typically low. With only a small percentage of voters participating, a vote in a primary can actually count more than it would in a general election. That is why CALEB is working hard to highlight the importance of participating in local primaries and ensuring voters don’t miss out on an opportunity to choose the candidates they want to see in the general elections.
