Are you an educator or advocate who wants to better understand the policy making process, legislative advocacy, and current bills moving through the Tennessee General Assembly? Join us for an advocacy training that will review important education governance structures and review current priority policy issues impacting educators this legislative session.
Participants will hear directly from current educators across the state on how they have engaged in local advocacy while in the classroom. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of educator-specific issues, resources on how to take action, and tangible tools for staying engaged in local and state advocacy.
