Join The Education Trust in Tennessee’s EmpowerED Network for a conversation centering the experiences of undocumented and DACA students in Tennessee. We will be joined by Jazmin Ramirez, Latinx Organizer at the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC) and Maria Vanegas from fwd.us. We will learn about new legislation in Tennessee that could have an impact on undocumented and DACA students. We will also hear directly from students on the frontline of these issues.
