Chattanoogans rally against bill allowing schools to deny enrolling unauthorized immigrants

As a part of the Education for All campaign, around 200 Hamilton County residents gathered at First Christian Church for a rally opposing a bill that would allow Tennessee school districts to deny enrollment to unauthorized immigrant students.
