Chattanooga 2.0 chooses 12 Hamilton County Schools for Literacy First tutoring program

About 500 kindergarten and first graders at a dozen Hamilton County Schools are set to receive free, daily, one-on-one tutoring in literacy over the course of the new school year. The chosen schools have hired tutors to benefit even more students after funding was secured from the Tennessee Department of Education by the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga and United Way of Greater Chattanooga.
