DESCRIPTION:The Male Educators of Color Summit will be hosted by the Tennessee Educators of Color Alliance and the Man Up Teacher Residency on Saturday October 22\, 2022 from 8am-2pm. The event will be held at the Crosstown Concourse in Memphis\, Tennessee. The event is FREE and will feature a keynote address from Sharif El-Mekki\, founder and CEO of the Center for Black Educator Development and breakout sessions tailored to the support\, development\, and empowerment of male educator of color.
